This semi-abstract painting was inspired by a day at the beach when I witnessed the sky changing rapidly as a storm was brewing. There was a dramatic greenish tint to the clouds and the wind began to blow making the water choppy. I absolutely love it when the wind is just right, carrying the salty scent of the ocean to me as I walk and that is what happened on this day.
