This photographic print is part of my “Atmospherics” series. I use a technique called ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) which results in a dreamy, soft effect. This shot was taken in Cape Cod as I was watching the sunset in a little, quiet cove near the marshes. I did a bit of editing to enhance the green of the land and the sunset colors in the sky in order to obtain a dream-like quality that looks very abstract. I love trying to make a photograph look abstract and this one is a success!
